Founded in 2007, Project Studios is an art services company with a mission to provide consultation services to artists and those in creative fields, and to offer inexpensive studio space in locations with vibrant arts communities. The main studios are housed in the Neumann Leathers Company factory complex in Hoboken, New Jersey.Project Studios also partners with creatives that can provide web development, design, apps and other services to our clients. We serve arts organizations and non-profits, architectural firms and other creative businesses, as well as individual artists.Our studio co-working environment supports the arts using a small business model rather than a sales or grants model because we believe that art can be profitable for individuals within their own studio practice. This is achieved by providing inexpensive studio space and well-equipped shared shops so that artists can function as professionals even without substantial income. Our Hoboken location features studios for ceramics, warm glass, welding, woodworking, photography, and printmaking.Our information technology and creative consultancy has supported companies and organizations such as: PBS, NPR, Lifetime, Tru Tv, The New York Council for the Humanities, SPAN Architects, Ideal Glass Atelier, Frank 151, Fogarty Finger Architects, Sydney Reising, Modelsmith, OBRA Architects, and many other individual artists, choreographers, photographers, and musicians.
