I have more than several years of Food & Beverage experience and over several years of executive-level Entertainment experience. I believe in leading people to achieve their best by challenging them and teaching them how to be an example. In my career, I have had the opportunity to work for large corporations such as Ballast Point Brewing Company, and The Walt Disney Company, and I know that my passion is to create teams with amazing leaders and team members who bring about success through coaching, accountability, and a positive attitude. Currently as the Head of Retail Operations for Dogdrop, the leading daycare for your Dogs in Los Angeles. I am part of the executive team who is helping expand this wonderful company thru Franchising opportunities and state-of-the-art training. My passion in my professional life is to ensure everyone is given the same opportunities to thrive and grow, either within the company I'm working for or by taking that training and knowledge and spreading it to other businesses as they themselves progress and move up, wherever they decide to do so. Creating training content that is simple to understand, but also as informative as possible makes that dream a reality.
