I help organisations and individuals who want to get better at designing systems and managing change. That usually means some combination of:- Carrying out research and analysis to identify customer needs- Working with you to design and prototype possible solutions- Designing/delivering training in specific skills like user experience, Agile, business analysis, product management, project management, process modelling, data modelling, requirements engineering- Building or evaluating digital products, services and systemsWhat makes my approach stand out is that I use all the above disciplines, which makes success more likely. My two original contributions (based on other people's work) are Group Construct Analysis and Value Network Mapping. I'm always interested in opportunities to talk at conferences or write about these.#GroupConstructAnalysis is a framework for understanding the worldview of individuals and organisations, incorporating ideas from many psychologists, anthropologists, systems thinkers etc, but ultimately based on George Kelly's Personal Construct Psychology.#ValueNetworkMapping is a tool for analysing how value can be created by the interaction of actors within a socio-economic system. This extends Verna Allee's ideas on value networks.
Listed skills include Business Analysis, User Experience, Information Architecture, Requirements Analysis, and 36 others.
