I was the Finance Director at OGIO, a subsidiary of Callaway Golf. OGIO is a consumer products soft goods brand. In this role, I was the responsible for all financial aspects of the OGIO business. I managed the budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning for the OGIO brand. I presented monthly results and business summaries to the Callaway executive team. I collaborated with Callaway shared services on development of best in class reporting and proper accounting. Most importantly, I acted as a business partner to the General Manager of the OGIO business, collaborating on sales channel and customer strategies, brand positioning and development, personnel, and long term profitable sales growth.

These activities include manufacturing, global supply chain, and engineering. Also provide operations project support, compile reporting packages, oversee inventory reserves and operations month and quarterly closing activities, consolidate all COGS for financial and category reporting purposes, and analyze standard and gross margin across global sales organizations.
