    ● Prepared and delivered a pitch to the VP of State and Local Business on how to extend our NYS Medicaid contract through modernization and was promoted to enact my plan in building the eMedNY Modernization Org, which contributed to winning a seven year contract extension● Through my org, I designed, built, and implemented the products that would re-establish our Medicaid brand (Transcend) with modern technologies and sensibilities, while meeting strict performance benchmarks (HA/DR, High Volume)● Built open source frameworks (Wily) on top of Spring Boot and Angular, along with starter projects to ensure rapid development of new applications● Established a microservices architecture to interconnect the new suite of Transcend applications, which are inclusive of a centralized hub tool that allows business users to author complex, hierarchical forms with a WYSIWYG editor, along with help content, and 508 compliant themes, as well as a Communications Center where users can receive notifications and participate in conversations● Built a generic product for Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Maintenance, as well as a back office adjudication tool for reviewers to use. Both products fully automate and make digital a traditionally paper process. Product was built for the general market and integrated into the NY Medicaid enterprise● Built a variety of other applications including, but not limited to, Batch Claims Submission Dashboard, Direct Data Entry - Eligibility, Security Portal, Project Portfolio Management Application, and Medicaid Benefits Mobile app prototype● Manage a staff of 10 including developers and UI/UX designers● Maintain and manage a full portfolio of work and backlog of modernization initiatives.
