Lead Transaction Product Team, developing Walmart's new global eCommerce platform. Built foundational capabilities and the RESTful APIs for cart, pricing, promotions, checkout, payments, tax, fraud, and customer account.

Appointed to a new team forming the @WalmartLabs organization, charged with evolving both the technology and culture for Walmart eCommerce. Began designing and building Pangaea, a next-generation in-house global platform. Established processes and practices that would seed new ways of working throughout the eCommerce organization.

Defined strategy and built Cart & Checkout for the launch of Walmart's eCommerce business in China. Initiative discontinued when Walmart acquired a stake in Yihaodian.

Managed a team responsible for numerous products designed to increase the efficiency and profitability of eBay sellers globally. Consumer and professional sellers used these e-commerce applications (some free and some subscription-based) to set up online storefronts, process orders, generate reports, and generally manage selling on eBay. Responsibilities included driving end-to-end product life-cycle activities including strategy and roadmap planning, concept and requirements definition, project management across local and offshore development teams, launch planning, communications in partnership with the Marketing team, and customer support training.

Responsible for the company’s flagship enterprise contract management application, NexCreate, which served 45K users within 40 companies across 15 different countries and generated up to $600K in license revenue per customer. Increased revenue more than 300%.

First employee of web-based enterprise software company for sourcing, contract and supplier management. Drove product design resulting in $3M asset sale agreement. Remotely managed offshore teams to produce product prototypes, marketing collateral, white papers, and the company website.
