Nick co-founded Up 2 Speed in October 2012, with long time business partner, Tom King. Now with a global presence, Up 2 Speed is still headquartered in Singapore, with other major offices in London and Pune. Nick's & Tom's goal was to create a Learning Organization that was fast paced, and flexible enough to bring best of breed, customized solutions to match their clients requirements. Today, Up 2 Speed is considered the market leader in providing Sales, Pre Sales & Partner Development solutions, with a major focus in this space on multinational clients within the IT industry. Up 2 Speed is also pushing the boundaries in Online & Mobile App design, working across a range of industries.In 2017, Up 2 Speed also moved heavily in to Digital Mastery / Digital Transformation Enablement, and has since become a world leader in driving executive, business, and strategic level learning solutions in this space; to companies across a range of industries from Finance, Insurance, IT, and FMCG.In 2019 both Tom & Nick became shareholders in Singaporean leadership & development consultancy, Explore Performance. Both Tom and Nick and are very proud of the rapid growth of Up 2 Speed, and Explore Performance, and are excited about their plans for 2024, and beyond.
