Recently, as Vice President of Operations for a national appraisal management company, I was responsible for operations, business development, marketing, managing sales staff, trade shows, employee training, new product development, and appraisal education/red-flag seminars. I have been a guest speaker on industry panels, financial radio shows, and national mortgage webinars. I regularly attend mortgage banking conferences throughout the country. I am frequently requested to speak at mortgage conferences, and realtor association functions and luncheons. I believe it is important for professionals in all facets of the mortgage industry to understand the valuation process, and utilize the knowledge I provide to give them a marketable edge in this extremely competitive industry. -
