As Executive Advisor I support the Acuity team in our efforts to build high performance leadership teams around the world. My role enables me to further extend my passion for exceptional customer experiences to the world of Acuity.

As part of the UK Board of Badenoch & Clark, head up two of the go to market specialisms; Marketing & Communications and Change Management. Also responsible for Judd Farris, a wholly owned subsidiary of Badenoch & Clark and a leading provider of property recruitment services delivered from 5 sites in the UK plus Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Sydney, Melbourne & Brisbane.

Head of the Commerce & Industry Division within Badenoch & Clark alongside responsibilities as part of the Executive Team of the Company, contributing to strategy and operational best practice. The Commerce & Industry Division comprises 160 staff and provides Finance, Marketing, IT & Change Management recruitment services across the UK.

Responsible for the following Divisions of Badenoch & Clark over the five year duration of this role; Permanent Legal Recruitment, Permanent & Interim Professional Partnerships, Permanent Financial Services Division, Commerce & Industry Permanent & Interim in the South of England. Part of the Associate Director team contributing to strategy and operational best practice for the Company.

Commenced employment as a Consultant delivering Permanent recruitment solutions within the Private Practice market. Progressed to Managing a team by July 1997 and over the next four years took responsibility for Managing a variety of Recruitment Teams delivering Permanent and Temporary services. Part of the Operational Implementation Team for the introduction of Bond Adapt to the business.
