My duties as the Night Manager range from taking rent to mediating tenant disputes. I am the go-to, after hours contact for any tenant issues, something that requires a wide range of skills. Other duties include mail distribution, new tenant orientation, and emergency preparedness. As the Night Manager I am the one responsible for directing and communicating with emergency services such as the police and fire departments in order to maintain the safety of our tenants.
