My duties as the Night Manager range from taking rent to mediating tenant disputes. I am the go-to, after hours contact for any tenant issues, something that requires a wide range of skills. Other duties include mail distribution, new tenant orientation, and emergency preparedness. As the Night Manager I am the one responsible for directing and communicating with emergency services such as the police and fire departments in order to maintain the safety of our tenants. Emergency preparedness also requires the ability to remain calm under pressure and to organize evacuations during major emergencies.

I handled all of Gantom's assembly needs and assisted the shipping department with a variety of duties including inventory management and customer shipments.

As a Lighting Technician I was required to set up and design appropriate lighting for events ranging from simple, single speaker university events to large, student-run stage productions. Excellent communication skills were necessary in order to understand what each production required, and intimate knowledge of the available hardware was necessary to meet production goals.

My duties primarily involved fielding phone calls from current clients, potential clients, and insurance adjusters. I would provide case information for all parties as well as conducted preliminary incident interviews with potential new clients. Additionally, I would facilitate meetings with Attorney Kaiser depending on his availability.Other duties included various office tasks such as filing, faxing, and copying. I also handled the bulk of the office's shift to a digital format, a task that required careful data entry and cataloging as physical files were transferred to an office database.
