My clients, in particular, tend to be high-performing, positive, and driven individuals that are ready to leap into their greatness but haven’t yet seen a clear path forward. Profound coaching is very much a personalized process and I only work with clients that are ready for this powerful process. Why Nick? I am a no-nonsense coach. While I bring a sense of compassion to every coaching session, my sole purpose in coaching is to help you achieve your own true greatness -- in whatever form it may take. To do that, it is important to be able to reflect your patterns to you clearly and facilitate your discovery of new ways of being that will directly impact your success. Sound like magic? It can be. My background is in Positive Psychology and Asian philosophy, and I have spent years roaming the Himalayas, studying in monasteries, and practicing martial arts. But I have also been fortunate enough to study Organizational Behavior at Harvard and to have come from a family of very successful entrepreneurs.
