I have been working in the BPO industry since 2013. I have worked for 3 major BPO companies, namely Teletech and Teleperformance, for a US Financial and an Australian Telco account respectively. In Concentrix, I started as a Customer Service Representative, before being promoted as a Communication Skills Trainer. One of our primary roles is to help agents develop their communication skills to help deliver excellent customer service while improving their scores. We conducted weekly coaching sessions, provide feedback, and also facilitated refresher courses or new hire classes. I love the feeling of being able to help people.
