Provides information regarding state park services and other local attractions. Staffs the park’s contact station and office/gift shop. Collects appropriate fees and registers overnight guests. Keeps gift shop neat and stocked with merchandise. Must be able to learn on-line reservation system and on-line hunting & fishing license sales system. Must be able to operate a computer, cash register, fax machine, laminator, handheld radio & multi-line phone system. Must be able to provide accurate information on campsite and cabin reservation procedures, park fees, annual passes, trail information, park nature programs, driving directions and local area information. Must be able to reconcile revenue collected to cash register reports. Performs clerical duties such as answering telephones, copying, typing correspondence and other duties as assigned.
