Project engineering data management experience includes the following activities: • External contractors audit in scope of Engineering Data (ED): clarification of Project requirements for engineering disciplines/Subcontractors/Vendors: arranging kick-off meetings; ED immersive express-course deelopment; reference materials/detailed instructions development for maintaining/filling in ED for counterparties (Contractor’s engineering depts./Subcontractor/Vendors); • Interaction with Owner: initial data analysis (terms of reference (TOR), data model (RDL), project procedures) for completeness and correctness; requirements of project procedures requirements adequacy (ED provision schedule and scope estimation according to project milestones), data model analysis for structure integrity (classes/attributes/pick-lists, etc.) and clarity (hierarchy, inheritance, associations, etc.), original design requirements deviations coordination; • 1D coordination: gathering, consolidation, validation of counterparty’s ED; ED registers submission to Owner according to project schedule, ensuring ED gathering completeness and compliance with data model/project numbering procedure, 1/2/3D inconsistency reports generation; setting up validation rules (regular expressions) according to project identification requirements, maintaining and updating the Owner’s RDL (AVEVA ISM, dynamic tracking of changes), determining data sources for setting up automation ED introduction into AVEVA Engineering (Compare / Update / Link), running issues resolve in scope of ED (current needs of engineering disciplines, consultations / comments on working with ED, processing requests from counterparties / Owner); • Information Management: project procedures development and updating participation, ED statistics gathering and progress reports generation, project schedules development participation in terms of ED registers submission (project ED milestones MDR, L3, L4 schedules implementation).

Experience in Piping detailed design development consists of the following activities:• Initial Project data analysis (PFDs, P&IDs, Owner’s Specifications & Regulations) required for facility Plot Plan development;• Preliminary Vendor drawings review & check-up, Mechanical & Process Data Sheets analysis;• Plot Plan Development as per Process, Safety, Operation & Maintenance requirements;• Equipment Layout Development (intra-unit equipment arrangement according to process flow, gravity feed requirements, structure philosophy to be met) & modeling based on Vendor detailed drawings;• Piping Layout routing & 3D-modeling (for arrangement, thermal expansion, stress requirements, pressure drop & line pocketing restrictions, material cost constraints, etc. to be met);• Detailed design drawings development & checking up in accordance with Owner’s specifications and codes;• Piping MTO and Valve purchase requisition development (as per GOST);• Stress Analysis (START), Critical Lines list development;• Piping Isometric drawings submission (ISOGEN);• Pipe racks design & development (height, width, tier distance);• Instrumentation Cable Rack design & tracing;• Civil Structures design & development (Stairs, Ladders, Maintenance Platforms);• Valves & piping components (GOST) catalog administration;• Final 3D-model review on piping collisions/clashes/overlaps with other Process Facilities (equipment, structures, utility lines, instrumentation & cable trays) with NavisWorks;• ‘In the field’ Drafting & Design (structures, piping);• Pipeline routing/equipment location check-ups for compliance with regulations and specifications;• Adjacent Departments and Engineers team-work (Process, Stress, Structural, Instrumentation), revising 3D-model and providing necessary modifications (piping re-routing, equipment nozzle location/orientation change) as per comments during model review;• Coordination, monitoring and report on design progress to Project Management team.
