· Oversee daily operations to ensure the highest quality experience for customers ,artists ,and staff· Organize Thursday night bookings, ticketing, and promotion on a bi-monthly basis· Coordinate logistics with multiple departments and parties· Ability to problem solve, improvise, and deal with any issues that arise accordingly· Ensure all nightly reports and cash drops are accurate · Publish employee schedules and staffing needs· Monthly bar inventory and reporting

- Secondary line of contact for clientele and operational needs- Assist in the planning, organization, and execution phases of private events- Oversee the execution of multiple production elements on a precise schedule for events - Manage and coordinate staffing needs for of Box Office, Ticketing, Guest List, and Security

- Manages hiring, staffing, scheduling, and supervising of all box office and front of house staff- Maintain constant radio contact and deal with any issues that arise accordingly- Communicate via phone, text, e-mail, and make edits to Google Drive documents- Coordinate event planning tasks with Operations, Production, and Promoters, before, during, and after each event- Day to day operations including, customer service, venue maintenance, load-in/load-out, and other operational tasks
