I leverage my deep legal expertise and my entrepreneurial background as a former founder of a technology startup to provide strategic and practical guidance to my clients across the technology landscape. I also have extensive experience representing funds and strategic acquirers of manufacturing and industrial businesses.I am a nationally ranked leader in the Startups & Emerging Companies practice area by Chambers USA, representing emerging companies in a wide range of sectors, including B2B SaaS, Fintech, cybersecurity, cryptocurrency, gaming, healthcare, and media, as well as several technology-focused funds throughout the country. As outside general counsel, I help clients navigate the legal and business challenges and opportunities faced throughout their corporate life cycles: from early stage venture funding to growth equity financings, acquisitions, and exits. Additionally, I am actively involved in the technology community, having served as an Advisor to the Atlanta Tech Village, the Co-Chair of the Recruiting and Selection Committee of the Venture Atlanta Conference, and a board member of the Atlanta Technology Angels.
