Working as a telecoms specialist for Saint James’s Place Wealth Management. My current activities mainly cover working with the SIP version of Avaya AACC6 connected to Avaya Definity phone system. I cover all aspects of the system for various departments from script writing to managing users and troubleshooting end user issues. I also look after lightlink software (Inova) used for agent desktop wallboards. I also cover the configuration and fault rectification of the definity system, Call manager, system manager, session manger, tiger call logger etc. I am the technical lead for telecoms project work.

I worked on a large building move of around 3000 users and prep work for installation of Avaya Experience Portal. Previously worked a large hardware migration program. This consisted of migrating from the current infrastructure to two fully geographic CS1K release 7.5 with AACC6 and HA Callpilot, involving 6000 call center users. Integration of 3rd party applications

Part of the technical support group, looking after large companies voice infrastructure. Main responsibility's are Avaya Blue CS1K systems and associated applications. Dealing Directly with customers, NOC and Avaya Technical support.

• Installation, upgrade & support of CS1000M, CS1000E & CS1000S nodes • MCS5100 support and integration • Sales support presentations for Nortel EBC’s• Implementing & supporting field trials for emergent Nortel products • Symposium Call center installation, administration and supportworking in a small team, looking after internal sites throughout EMEA for Nortel. I offer 1st and 2nd line support for these systems and any associated equipment, primarily, CS1K, Callpilot and symposium call center. I am also involved in site upgrades and installations. As a group we participate in all beta trails for existing or new Nortel equipment. A large part of the network is now being redesigned as we move to a fully converged network utilising VOIP technology. We also maintain and design as necessary the corporate ESN database for EMEA.

Working on most of BT's business product range primarily doing installation and upgrades. Also worked as distribution officer issuing work to other engineers and dealing with work order querys
