Virgin Australia Regional Airline, VARA, is a subsidiary of Virgin Australia Holdings that operates charter & RPT flights in Western Australia. I was engaged to rebuild a siloed workforce and transform maintenance repair and operations MRO across two divisions. This involved promoting an aligned workforce culture between technical teams and department heads, restructuring resources and introducing training to remediate capability gaps. This resulted in a significant productivity & quality uplift, improving safety systems and aircraft availability which generated cost savings. I mobilised the integration and onboarding of 9 newly commissioned aircraft including the decommissioning and phase out of legacy assets.

CHC Helicopter is a leading provider of transportation services to offshore oil and gas platforms and vessels, operating >250 aircraft in 30 countries globally. I was responsible for overseeing a dispersed team of >500 people across APAC, a fleet of 140 aircraft and 22 air bases. I led strategic contract negotiations and renewed a 5-year multimillion dollar agreement with ASX listed global corporations within the energy and petroleum sectors. This enabled CHC Helicopter to maintain operational viability during a challenging economic time.

Heli-One is the largest independent helicopter maintenance repair and operations provider. I was responsible for overhauling service, technical and supply output across fleet maintenance as well as renewing and evolving key customer contracts.

ExecuJet is an international business aviation company operating in 6 global regions. I was engaged for my commercial and aviation expertise to establish the maintenance repair and operations business. I gained buy in and endorsement from executive leaders to spearhead the diversification roadmap to launch aircraft management services, charter services, aircraft sales and maintenance support business capabilities. This created 4 new revenue streams and drove market share growth.
