With a degree qualification in Mechanical Engineering and a foundation of Frontline Leadership in a high pressure, fast paced, high risk Manufacturing environment I have built a career across a number of senior roles. My ‘toolkit’ consists of a broad range of leadership skills & processes and a thorough understanding of their practical application which enables me to apply an effective ‘fit for purpose’ approach to align with business need.It is my approach that ‘world-class’ business must encompass excellent outcomes across the key areas of safety, environment, quality, operational efficiencies, customer service and cost management.
