About Nicholas Frawley

I'm currently working as a designer and director of my creative solutions business, Designia. I was with the elearning company (TCI) since October 2011. As head of the creative teams, I facilitated innovative thinking and original design whilst maintaining focus on project delivery. Experienced and knowledge in these areas have helped structure and organise the creative teams into an award winning studio.Having been a successful Art Director in the Gaming industry for over 6 years and being a Freelance Artist and Designer for over 12, the past experiences support my roles as Creative Team Lead and continue to as Senior Designer, Whether it be as the lead content creator for numerous high level clients, or the management of large teams with the delivery of enormous projects. The variety of roles I've had, and responsibilities and experiences have great range, to TCI’s continued benefit. With each step towards bigger and better projects, I've been able to succeed in delivering quality work within the teams I've been responsible for.
