Responsible for the financials of GE Aerospace’s Spare parts division, the largest profit producer in the company. Accountable for driving the results and continuous improvement of a multi-billion dollar P&L and leading a team of seventeen.

First person in newly created role chartered with enhancing relationships with investors, analysts and driving increased visibility to GE's largest business, GE Aviation.

Responsible for execution of GE Aviation's annual direct material buy, building partnerships with suppliers and leading commercial negotiations with Aviation's supply base.- Led efforts to drive material cost productivity via strategic negotiations and expanded working capital via extending payment terms and reducing inventory.- Built and executed strategy for transition of GE Aviation's supplier finance program including renegotiating vendor terms with >1,000 suppliers.

Corporate Audit Staff is GE's premier leadership development organization. Teams conduct comprehensive reviews of GE businesses, including financial reporting, risk management, compliance and acquisitions/dispositions. Members of Corporate Audit start off as Associates and can be promoted to Audit Manager, Senior Audit Manager and Executive Audit Manager based on individual performance over a five year period.- Rose to highest level of Corporate Audit Staff and was responsible for the risk assessment process, audit execution and advisory engagements for two GE businesses – GE Aviation (~$32B revenue) and GE Global Operations (10,000 employees). In my time as Executive Audit Manager, I led teams of ~60 people, communicated audit results through GE's executive team and Board of Directors and coordinated the response to and SEC investigation.

Senior Audit Manager: Responsible for multiple teams of 25+ individuals and leading strategy of financial audits and advisory engagements across GE businesses. The work of myself and my teams resulted in significant redesigns of inventory management practices and working capital improvements.

Led teams of 5+ individuals in global audit and consulting assignments including leading integration support for GE's largest ever acquisition (Alstom). Developed significant expertise in Purchase Price Accounting while leading audits of long-term construction projects and coordinating compliance audits in conjunction with requirements from the United States Department of Justice (DOJ).

Completed global assignments in audit and advisory capacities across GE businesses including ERP integrations, the implementation of currency hedging programs and integration support for GE's largest ever acquisition.
