As a former multisport athlete, varsity lacrosse coach, and current health enthusiast, I am continually learning the importance of a well-rounded training program to improve our overall health and well-being. The body is designed to adapt to strenuous situations, in turn, rewarding us with immediate euphoria, increased energy, focus, bone and muscle density, and improved sleep quality. I aim to utilize the science behind strength to create the most mentally and physically effective routine for individuals, while prioritizing safety and injury prevention. Whether your goal is to achieve peak performance in a specific sport or simply enjoy a daily routine, I am here to provide you with the tools, knowledge, and support for maximum results on your fitness journey. My hobbies currently include powerlifting, mountain biking, snowboarding, hiking, ultimate frisbee, and basketball and as I have grown older, I can really see the benefits of lifting weights and cardio training.
