Cricket Coach
CurrentI am an experienced ECB Advanced (Lvl3) cricket coach with over 20 years spent developing the potential of cricketers who have gone on to play at county and senior club level. Currently I’m a Hampshire Cricket Pathways Coach, coaching the U15 and U14 age groups as well as supporting the Hampshire Hawks City Academy programme. I believe each player is an individual and I follow a coaching philosophy that looks at outcomes rather than trying to mould a player into a technical "norm". What works for one player may not work for another and it's the role of the coach to identify this and develop the player's skills so that they are repeatable and consistent. Above all playing sport should be fun at every level and my coaching style follows this objective.
