• Uncovered and helped solve a major Kubernetes regression (kubernetes/kubernetes#102749 and rancher/rancher#32419) that caused CRD breakages across several v1.19, v1.20, and v1.21 patch releases for several customer.

• Owned, designed, and lead Go development on the test platform to innovate infrastructure for over 800 CIT suites
• Pioneered an internal blog to promote and give behind-the-scenes coverage of the test platform, with nearly 200 views and 13 posts
• Led a 9 month, cross-lab effort to solve Trident's largest-impact bug, affecting both internal and external customers
• Core contributor to the tooling and infrastructure behind Project Astra, NetApp's application lifecycle management service
• Sole developer for Reload CTL Testbed, which resets NetApp Test Environment testbeds to their default states, for all ONTAP engineering and Common Test Lab users
