Lead technical representative for the ad operations team at SmarterTravel. Some of my responsibilities include daily quality assurance (QA) of our paid search sites and pay per click placements. Creating and maintaining working redirect links between our partners sites and our sites.Other responsibilities include.-First point of contact for our clients, and internal teams to trouble shoot problems with ad functionality, redirects, and tracking tags.-Reviewed all third-party tracking tags and parameters prior to campaign launch to ensure proper functionality when integrated into our partners redirect links.-Managed the ad redirect setup queue in (JIRA) and developed an efficient process for creating ad redirect link tickets. This process lead to a reduction in errors in ad setup and a streamlined advertiser on boarding process. -Created best practices on how to QA ads on our sites for the ad operations and sales teams. Also, trained team on using developer tools for QA within browsers like Chrome and Firefox.-Created custom documentation for partners outlining requirements for setting up ad redirects with our sites. - Used PHP to create customized redirect links for partners in our backend system.

-Managed accounts for over 20 advertisers that accounted for 2.5 million in annual revenue.-Conducted daily campaign analysis and made recommendations to advertisers on how to improve ad performance.-Prepared custom reports using Tableau, and Excel pivot tables to assist with optimization of client campaigns.-Simultaneously managed campaigns using Google DART (DFA/DFP), and an ad management system.First point of contact to trouble shoot ad tracking discrepancies between our in house reporting and 3rd party services(Doubleclick, Atlas, MediaAlpha, Google Analytics).-Collaborated with multiple teams including engineering, design, and product to ensure a timely and successful launch of campaigns.-Coordinated the weekly release of newsletter campaigns to multiple subscriber list.-Managed contract renewals using Salesforce and DocuSign.
