Nick is a highly qualified and experienced fraud investigator and fraud risk management consultant who brings over 25 years experience in his role as the Managing Director of NKG Management Services. In 1999, Nick established NKG Management Services, which is regarded as a leading Fraud Investigation and Risk Management firm based in Sydney, Australia. Over the past 20 years NKG has grown from a one person micro business to where it now provides fraud and organisational risk consultation services across Australia New Zealand and Asia. Nick has held senior positions with some of Australia’s largest insurers within the Fraud Risk, Investigative and business consultation areas within Australia, New Zealand, Asia and Middle East as well as providing strategic consultation services to leading international Life Insurers. Nick has provided consultation services to executive and senior claims personal surrounding the structural and technical composition of claims management which has resulted in the transformation and enhancement of strategic claims and risk management areas.Nick has led investigation teams into many complex and high value fraud and misconduct matters. He has delivered training seminars and presentations in areas of investigation and management with emphasis on fraud mitigation, fraud management and complex claims management both locally and internationally.
