Hosted a weekly networking group that ranged in size from 10 to 30 people per week. I was in charge of weekly training on networking and sales skills. I became proficient at public speaking through this endeavor.

I handled all aspects of sales and marketing. Home buyers would hire me to inspect all the major systems of homes they were ready to purchase. Attention to detail and superb customer service were required at all times.

I partnered with the branch manager to open the San Diego Branch in 1990 and aggressively worked to grow the branch from 2 to 37 employees by 2008. I excelled at outside and inside sales and business development, I also played a large role in customer service, dispatch, hiring and training .
