As a Packaging Engineering for Bentley World Packaging Nick was responsible for several roles in ensuring Bentley's continued success. Nick helped with sales by bringing a technical aspect to sale by understanding the customer's needs and requirements. He would provide drawings of solutions based packaging designs and work with the customer until their needs were meet. Nick also assisted estimating through interpreting customer, military, or government specifications to know exactly what was being provided to the customers meet the requirements so everyone was successful. Nick provided support to operations by providing detailed drawings and breaking down specifications so that what was presented to the customer conceptually was what was delivered to the customer.

-Responsible for lowering and maintaining a low product damage defective rate through cost effective packaging solutions-Design retail, shipping and POP packaging using ArtiosCAD-Conduct ISTA testing on new and existing product packaging solutions-Write specifications for packaging solutions for new and existing products -Create pallet patterns using TOPS Pro for all products to help maintain warehouse effectiveness and efficiencies
