Responsible for all daily operations, building & maintaining positive rapport with both internal & external customers & vendors, sales support, account management & on-boarding support, in-house drug screening industry expert, consulting services, product development, marketing, creating & organizing internal processes, program management, staffing, training, ROI performance metrics, P&L's, communicating with new & existing vendors, special projects & creating new product/service lines to promote revenue growth. Our division rapidly expanded with the addition of paperless & electronic rapid drug screening, breath alcohol screening, multiple physical exam options, medical services, injection services, functional capacity testing, random program management, drug-free workplace policy development & review, DOT suite of screening services & compliance, industry best practices, on-site instant drug & alcohol devices, legal compliance, mobile collections, international testing, fingerprinting, skills/behavioral assessments & self-screening services.
