Elemental Excelerator is a new non-profit model for funding climate tech deployment. Breaking down barriers to innovation alongside entrepreneurs provides us with unique insight into the policy, market, and technology innovation needed to build systems to uplift people and communities around the world. My role focused on curating thoughtful and immersive experiences that drive strategic engagement between corporates and startups. This was accomplished through technology deep dives, $2M+ bespoke innovation challenges, and facilitating thought provoking Navigator Member summits.

Collaborating across Alaska, British Columbia, Washington and Oregon to develop and implement green building programming and outreach strategies to to grow the largest professional network in North America. Advocated at state, regional and local level for policies promoting sustainability in the built environment. Building solutions and a networks to lead a world that becomes more socially just, culturally rich and ecologically restorative.

Advanced green building education, programming, events and brand collateral development for North America’s largest business alliance network (BALLE). Built a network of 1000+ industry leaders to implement best practices in policy, green power, energy efficiency and sustainable business practices.Co-wrote successful proposal receiving a $10 million ARRA clean energy grant. Led stakeholder engagement and developed implementation plans to support team success. Managed program budget, content and design of multi-year green home tours, workshops and sustainability conferences.

Delivered Northwest ENERGY STAR Homes program offerings to single family and multi-family contractors in a four utility partnership service area. Constructed lead generation with new contractors and trade associations that led to the successful adoption of utility-driven programs. Developed and strengthened trade ally relationships across the Pacific Northwest. Created and delivered presentations on energy services and rebates leading to an increase in ENERGY STAR showroom sales.
