Responsibilities include Feasibility through to Pre-Tender Cost Planning and Post Contract Administration through a range of projects at Melbourne Airport.

Spent 11 months working on the Nation Towers high-rise mixed use development project on Abu Dhabi's corniche. The project includes twin towers with the worlds highest sky-bridge, 5 star hotel, 360 apartments, commercial floors, retail shopping centre and a beach club.

Employed as Quantity Surveyor for the Terminal 3 project at Abu Dhabi International Airport from January 07 to June 10. The project included 8 new passenger gates, baggage screening facility and airline check-in. The project was successfully handed over to the client in full mid 2010.After the Airport I worked pre-construction for the Sheikh Zayed National Museum Substructure Project on Abu Dhabi's Saadiyat Island. After award of the project I worked as Senior Quantity Survey for the initial stages of the project.

Employed as a Quantity Surveyor for Commercial Construction company with a turnover of £70 million per year. Responsibilities included: Managing and maintaining sub-contract accounts, accessing sub-contract variations, formulating head contract variations, Cost Control, Financial Reporting, liaising with Clients and design team, Final Accounts.Projects Include:£22 million Luxury Residential redevelopment in Chelsea, London - 2 stage Tender.£15 million Luxury Residential redevelopment - Final Accounts
