SQA Services Inc. provides supplier quality services specializing in audits, CAPA, inspections and engineering to manufacturers within the pharmaceutical/medical device, aerospace & defense and high-technology industries.We manage and deploy a team of supplier quality professionals, auditors, inspectors and engineers, who are typically an hour or two away from any supplier site in the world.As a Program Manager, I manage a number of different customers and their global quality programs. I am in constant contact with our Associates all around the world to make sure that they are exceeding expectations in the field. I work with these Associates on developing solutions to supply chain issues. Constant contact is essential to make sure they are in the right place at the right time and to oversee the final deliverable. Prior to the deployment of an Associate, I interview, approve and calibrate them to the scope of the assignment. Also on a daily basis, I work alongside our customer to create high level solutions for their global issues. I expand our business by providing project definition discussions and detailed workflows to assist our customers in their tactical and strategic activities around the world.

As an Account Manager, I touched all aspects of the account, from gaining new business to overseeing the delivery of the service needed. I would research and contact key decision makers at Fortune 1000 companies within our target markets. During this period, I made professional presentations explaining SQA’s business model as well as wrote formal proposals and contracts. Also as an account manager, I would attend conferences as an exhibitor and also as an attendee to generate leads for possible customers. I also had a role in coordinating our booths and other conference logistics. I assisted in the design of our marketing materials and our conference booth.

We have a team of thousands of auditors, engineers, inspectors, and strategic consultants, globally situated and awaiting projects in their local vicinity. As a Manager in the Associate Development Department, I contributed by working in our fast-paced environment expanding our associate pool all over the globe. As we do business with many Fortune 500 companies, the demand for immediate assistance with supply chain management is evident. With our associate network of 10,000 and growing, our main goal is to locate and deploy the most qualified associate for each unique position as quickly as possible. I would find, interview, qualify and submit individuals depending on the requirements for each customer’s program. I would routinely speak with Certified Quality Auditors, Certified Quality Engineers, Subject Matter Experts, Six Sigma green and black belts and Certified Inspectors to discuss their background, education and knowledge. I would determine if the Associate was fit for the program they were applying for and then submit them for deployment.
