Through collaborative efforts with contracting agents, clinical professionals, and representations from CareDx, this effort yielded reductions in proposed cost increases and ensured alignment of critical clinical applications related to transplant management across a host of Ascension ministries.• Vendor Spend Analysis: Analyzed 8 years of spend for Mirada Medical USA, MIRAD-0258291, a diagnostic imaging vendor, which uncovered a ~30% increase in annual license-related spend, with some annual increases varying from 3%-8%. The analysis was provided to the contracting agent who decided to award their business to another, on-contract vendor with standardized pricing.• Financial Analysis: Analyzed a contracting action for Merge Healthcare Solutions Inc, MERGE-0255615, which incorrectly budgeted OpEx expenditures as CapEx expenditures. This crucial oversight was revised and freed over $1M in CapEx, one-time, hospital-based-budget funds to be used more effectively and efficiently.
