The National Civilian Community Corps (NCCC) is a team-based national service program. Corps Members are assigned to a regional campus to complete initial training and to receive team assignments. Teams of eight-to-twelve Corps Members work under the direction of one Team Leader and complete the service term living, traveling, and working together. During the 10-month term of service, NCCC teams partner with non-profits and community organizations throughout the United States to complete several multi-week-long projects that focus on helping to meet community needs in areas such as education, environment, public safety, and disaster relief.
