I am piloting (in Lincoln, NE) and refining an open-source framework to help communities apply empirical research about the nature of human flourishing (positive psychology) toward continuously improving the local assets that move their collective positive mental wellbeing closer to maximal flourishing and away from languishing, that state we all experienced during the pandemic.Positivity Matters - www.positivitymatters.org - is an asset-based community outreach and engagement model designed to help individuals, organizations, neighborhoods, and cities live a H.A.P.P.Y.
