5280 Computers / BrightBlue IT has merged with a company based in Austin, TX called Integritek. (http://iwsit.com)They have been in business for over 10 years and have over 500 clients. They also have over 70 technical employees and do not outsource any of their services. Integritek’s main headquarters is located in Austin, TX but has offices in Dallas, Houston, Atlanta and now Denver as well! Benefits for us:This is great news for us as it gives us a much deeper bench, more resources to pull from and allows us to grow our Denver-based office. We are hiring so let us know if you know of any good people that have I.T. skills. Benefits for our customers:Integritek has been successful due to their extreme customer service. They have developed small, pod-like groups of engineers (6-8 people) so that you as the customer know each person when they come on site or speak with them on the phone. Their deep bench will be monitoring and maintaining your servers, security patches, anti-virus and backups in the background so it gives your Denver-based team more time to focus directly on any issues you’re having. Additionally, Integritek has a financial business model that is very different & much better than what we had at BrightBlue. They work on a Fixed Fee that is very reasonable AND they include everything with this fee INCLUDING projects, anti-virus, remote management/monitoring & offsite backup. This means that if you want to upgrade or replace your servers, network, WIFI, convert your email system, etc, it is included in your fixed fee. This is pretty unheard of in the I.T. world.
