Working for Homebase Ltd, as a part time sales assistant. I enjoyed understanding the different ways a new company is run, and took time to understand the way that retail outlets are managed locally, and also from Head Office.Within the local store I was able to highlight areas within Health & Safety, and Training that could be improved, and worked with the management team to implement the changes. Working directly within a customer facing role was an enjoyable challenger, and gave me valuable feedback within aspects of my communication and relationship building skills.
