My tasks were mostly related to optimizing the commercial processes using SAP-CRM. I built management reports in SAP Business Objects and did some other tasks that were supportive to Cofely's commercial processes. I helped to improve the integrity of (big) commercial data via SAP, gained insight in the (im)possibilities of using this data and developed new report formats, in close cooperation with the ICT department of Cofely.

Working on my graduation project at the Supply Chain/Planning department of Sourcing Unit Oss. My assignment is to improve the supply chain of the meat-portfolio. Unilever/Unox has set a goal to have all their meat products being produced with (sustainable) "Beter Leven"-meat, utterly in 2020. My task is to develop some scenarios and a strategy for Unox how they will be able to reach this goal. I developed a model that Unox can use to decide at what point they need to increase its stock raw materials.Final grade: 7,5

During this internship (22 weeks) at the commercial section, I had my own project: Improving the business partner database in SAP of Cofely Nederland NV, with a focus on Cofely Zuid Nederland B.V.At first I analysed the starting situation and defined where there was room for improvement. Then I set goals and sketched a path to these goals. At the same time I helped to improve the reporting modules in SAP Business Warehouse/Intelligence and designed a new reporting module. I had to write up all my taken steps properly, so this project could be continued and "copied" at Oisterwijk and other offices of Cofely Nederland N.V.Besides this project I also did some daily supportive work for the commercial section of Cofely Zuid Nederland BV.Final grade: 9
