Theta Chi is one of the oldest men’s college fraternities in North America. Founded in 1856, Theta Chi Fraternity is a men’s collegiate fraternity with more than 200,000 initiated members and has established 245 chapters. Theta Chi’s mission is to develop college-age men into successful students, good citizens, and resolute leaders.Responsibilities include following up with chapters to ensure the timely payment of all fees. Establish and monitor payment plans for delinquent chapters and implement and manage the Financial Delinquency Policy. Communicate and coordinate with staff and volunteers to ensure chapters remain in good financial standing and up to date on 990 filings. Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the Alumni Corporation Recognition Program. Provide general support to the financial/business services department.• Routinely present to large and small groups of collegians and alumni• Significantly reduced accounts receivables by increasing dues collection rate to over 90% • Championed the creation of the alumni corporation recognition program designed to ensure that the various entities were operating in compliance with the organization’s rules and guidelines, resulting in the enrollment of over 100 associations in the first year

Created and distributed content to over 39,000 combined followers of the Fraternity’s official Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and Snapchat accounts. Oversaw tracking of Theta Chi’s yearly fundraising intended for the United Service Organizations (USO). Utilized email marketing to distribute content to members regarding events, initiatives, yearly reminders, giving campaigns, and crucial announcements. Preserved the integrity of the brand by holding groups accountable for using logos in a positive light.• Increased Fraternity’s social media following by over 30% • Since taking this position, chapters have raised $431,723 and served over 62,495 hours for the USO• Curated and spearheaded the creation of the Fraternity’s 2016/2018, and 2018/2020 Biennial Reports, which were distributed to members, stakeholders, and educational institutions

-Served as liaison between headquarters and the collegiate chapters, alumni, and campus officials-Visited over 25 chapters across nine states to help each group perform at their highest level by educating new classes / chapters on Theta Chi’s operational standards and history-Presented education workshops to over 1,750 collegians regarding recruitment, new member education, leadership development, financial matters, and risk management -Provided support at our national events, development of content for publications, and other ad hoc projects-Created multiple blog posts to spread awareness on Theta Chi’s health and safety initiative, Sacred Purpose-Trained members of new/redeveloped chapters on how to effectively market themselves to build their chapters from the ground up-Established social media profiles for newly installed and redeveloped chapters
