This role is a continuation of previous duties while employed at 8th Day Software with the addition of new assignments listed below:Select Achievements: - Implement IT time keeping / reporting process changes to more accurately report IT Project spend and Capex/Opex reporting - Serve as a leader within the Portal Digital team to coordinate and execute the redesign, build, and implementation of the Patient and Physician portals. - Integrate and build SOPs for the BA and QA teams for project delivery. - Implement and train technology team members to use new tools for delivery and SDLC adherence (JIRA, QTest)- Manage the delivery of software changes to our core pharmacy platform solutions.- Serve as the Chief of Staff in the planning and forecasting of employees and project spend.

Integral to the launch of this startup IT company, which includes leading effective BA, QA, and PM teams and expanding the organization from two to over 40 employees within three years. Oversee project delivery for clients throughout the SDLC process, including defining product strategy, developing project roadmaps, and strategic planning to consistently achieve business objectives. Handle revenue forecasting, client invoicing, sales, and team leadership. Work closely with managers, executives, and stakeholders to enhance sales, planning, and daily operations and strategize current and future roadmap capabilities.

Perform incoming claim and financial data analysis for new client business and company acquisitions. Work closely with conversion development team members to identify and validate incoming data constraints into the JURIS application. Perform multiple iterations of data analysis and provide a reconciliation report to ITPM’s to review with business users for data cleanup prior to go live dates. Communicate with TPA Carriers to request and balance loss run details and identify any financial differences.
