I work within the mobile division of an integrated marketing agency across all major agency accounts delivering best in class strategic and creative mobile and digital products and campaigns. This has included delivering an innovative digital shopper marketing pilot scheme for Coca-Cola Enterprises, which covers mobile web, digital and social media. I've also led on client strategies and overseen the production of iPhone and Android applications, mobile websites and integrated campaigns and services for clients that include Coca Cola, Virgin Media Retail, Auto Trader, Peugeot, Molson Coors, France Telecom, Shelter, Nintendo and Furniture Village. Overview* Responsible for fully scoping projects from strategy through to delivery with supporting documents such as scopes of work, project plans, functional specifications, status reports, and all eventualities.Comfortable with creation and management of £100k+ budgets, closely monitoring spend and change control processes.* Managing the day to day delivery of multiple projects for high profile clients including iOS and Android applications, and web and mobile web campaigns.* Experience of deploying cutting edge and nascent technologies including; Augmented Reality (AR), mCommerce, mobile media and gamification and mobile activation mechanics such as QR codes and NFC* Working closely alongside other cross-discipline teams such as client services, new business, creative and technical, as well as third party agencies and suppliers.* Supporting new business pitches and RFPs from a mobile perspective and being heavily involved in proactive opportunities for current clients. * Fully immersed in analytical reporting and calculating ROI to be able to carry the best possible practices into future projects.

In this broad role I managed the expectations of the clients and produced a project from initial client meetings all the way through to sign off. I managed the majority of clients, both new and old and was also responsible for handling initial contact and developing accounts. I was required to be both self-sufficient and a self-starter within a small but dynamic company environment. My role dictated that I approached tasks and projects with a lean attitude, which still goes a long way in my current work attitude.Overview* Acted as the main contact between the company and the client. Leading on new business as well as creating proposals, costings and project specifications.* Managed, from point of inception, the development and marketing of a new and innovative SMS & MMS communications tool. This product led to extra business for the company, and an extra marketing and communications tool for our clients.* Deployed Social Media technology and strategies, including Twitter and blogging platforms.Working with B2B and B2C clients in the private and public sectors, as well as a broad range of SME’s and charities to optimise their online market presence and increase sales.

Following on from my degree in Web Design, I Initially starting as a designer for both web and print.I worked across mediums, from web design to iconography, and brand identity to brochure design.
