Tasked with creating appropriate reports and analytics to enhance managements’ understanding of the States from a ‘people management’ point of view, a pivotal part of the process was liaising with management from different public service departments. This allowed me to gain an understanding of what reports and analytics they would like produced, and being given the independence to create and present these findings to the States Employment Board.

After taking the decision to enter the finance industry on completion of my A Levels from school, I joined PwC and began studying towards the ACCA qualification.
