I lead a storytelling team inside Boston Consulting Group, creating multimedia content for internal and external audiences. My role is part strategic - "how can a multinational business best deploy storytelling for learning, communication and thought leadership?" - and operational - "how do we get this video, podcast or other media made?"I work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from the CEO downwards, to define their objectives and bring their vision to life. I work with business leaders and creatives as a bridge, able to translate between two different languages to bring teams together to make high quality, exciting content.I am very proud to lead a fantastic team, and work hard to support them in growing their skills, discovering the things they find most compelling, and fully reaching their potential.I'm the executive producer of The So What from BCG, Climate Vision 2050 and In Her Ellement - podcasts with more than 2m downloads. I'm also responsible for an internal network of more than 40 podcast series.My background is as a journalist, writer and producer. I've previously been responsible for news output and strategy on UK national brands, produced or hosted programmes and podcasts including the Business Breakfast and Market Insights, and ghostwritten a couple of biographies.
