I started out as a Swim Teacher in March 2019, and in November 2020, I got promoted to a waterbabies teacher, mentor teacher, and customer service representative. In March 2020, I started training for a management position. In May 2020, I became a TM manager. Throughout my years at Emler Swim School, I have led over 10 Emergency Action Plan meetings, mentored/trained almost every new teacher, and taught over 50 teachers in workshops. Every two weeks I have a team manager development meeting to continue to improve my leadership and management skills.

I wanted to extend my skills as a student and an employee, which led me to leave Chili's and work at a different company.
