As joint MD and Global Head of Artist Management at Jelly, Nicki has nearly 18 years of experience finding and nurturing new and emerging talent. Nicki has helped to shape Jelly’s roster and creative production team to where it stands today, currently helping to preside over three studios globally. Alongside starting the ‘Futures’ initiative, Nicki kick-started the community-led voting campaign ‘Turn Up’ together with Bite The Ballot.
