Responsible for managing a team of nine who provided the essential support for eleven wealth management advisers. The management of this function included:- Performance management and appraisals- Implementation and construction of development plans- Work flow and business projections- Compliance monitoring with regulatory guidelines- End to end process management - Internal relationship development and support within St James's Place- Creating a centre of excellence for the practice and proactively managing its development- End to end management of a substantial events programme for the practice of 60 separate client events

Hertford

The key link between the client, the practice and the individual financial advisers. I was responsible for the management and over sight of a team of 25 which included adviser and admin support functions. My role included the following :- Financial compliance for advisers and support functions- Management of workflow for the whole practice to regulatory and organisational requirements- Direct line management responsibility for the admin team which included performance management, policy implementation and daily operation.- Management of the client account and daily execution of financial trading strategies

Hitchin

Fully qualified Financial adviser offering holistic financial advice to high net worth clients in Hertfordshire. The advice included:- Complex independent mortgage advice across high street and specialist lending platforms- Bespoke individual, family and corporate protection advice- Specialist retirement planning advice linked to complex borrowing needs
