• Lead a team of talented Solution Engineers and Business Analysts with diverse backgrounds and skillsets focused on business process automation primarily using Hyland Software’s OnBase and custom development.• Provide accurate solution estimates with well-defined scope based upon high level requirements and/or in depth business process discovery and design.• Forecast resource utilization, schedules, and project assignments based upon active projects, current backlog, and projected sales.• Assign resources to projects based upon project requirements, specific customer preferences and needs, and the resource or team’s current skillset and their future training goals to increase resource knowledge and experiences.• Gather and document business process requirements while seeking process improvements and additional ROI.• Mentor individual resources and technical teams to successfully deliver efficient and effective ECM solutions designed to meet or exceed the business requirements while maintaining ease of use to help ensure customer acceptance.• Work with technical teams, project management, and customers to properly set expectations, ensure sufficient access to required customer staff (i.e. project sponsors, subject matter experts, IT staff, etc.), mitigate project risks, remove roadblocks, and reduce or eliminate scope creep.• Support ECM administrators and end users during User Acceptance Testing, including business process modification training, solution training, issue tracking and fixes, tracking of solution modification requests, and implementation of solution modifications based upon project scope and estimated time to perform the modification.• Assist customers with analyzing, prioritizing, and roadmapping desired ECM solutions based upon mandated requirements, individual department needs, solution ROI, and the short and long term goals of the organization.
