Current- Work closely with hiring managers across Canada and the United States to determine hiring needs considering season, branch size, and workload
- Process job requisitions into postings through ATS (TalentPoolBuilder). Managing up to 80 postings during peak season
- Communicate top candidates with hiring managers
- Complete phone screening and online interviews with final candidates
- Create offer letters
- Work with third parties to advertise company jobs, mine for resumes, and communicate with candidates
