We have a number of offices based across the UK and operate under 5 different brand names, each specialising in a particular area.I'm responsible for 3 key areas of the business Compliance - the development and ongoing monitoring of a coordinated approach to governance and regulatory compliance, including conduct risk and ensuring fair outcomes for our customersCustomer Experience - our contract in-life team who help customers with any queries that they may have during their agreement including what to do to if you want to take a vehicle abroad, amending your contract mileage and assisting with collection at the end of the agreement.Sales Support - the administration team who back up our sales personnel and will be a customer's point of contact following the placement of an order through to delivery of the new vehicle. I originally joined Jurni (formerly Bridle) as the Head of Compliance before being promoted to join the Board in February 2023

I had overall day to day responsibility of setting and meeting targets associated with a 4 acre site which operated with 2 showrooms plus large used car forecourt, a 14 bay workshop, bodyshop, large recovery operation and Esso fuel station with shop. I had a team of over 40 personnel reporting to me

I was responsible for the smooth running and day to day operation of the Brighton branch. My duties included achieving head office targets in all aspects of new business, dealer liaison particularly with our white labelled finance schemes such as Mazda and Volvo Finance and administration. I was responsible for a team of personnel which included underwriting (including responsibility of my own credit authority), administration and maintaining KPIs, staff recruitment and development and ensuring that default and collections were within company tolerances. Following the company restructure of branch closures to develop new business centres, I moved to look after the administration and underwriting at a new centre in Reigate
