I was responsible for the smooth running and day to day operation of the Brighton branch. My duties included achieving head office targets in all aspects of new business, dealer liaison particularly with our white labelled finance schemes such as Mazda and Volvo Finance and administration. I was responsible for a team of personnel which included underwriting (including responsibility of my own credit authority), administration and maintaining KPIs, staff recruitment and development and ensuring that default and collections were within company tolerances. Following the company restructure of branch closures to develop new business centres, I moved to look after the administration and underwriting at a new centre in Reigate
