My engineering background has equipped me with strong problem solving and analytical skills, which underpin my ability to achieve good planning and policy outcomes that are both evidence based and implementable.With over fifteen years' professional experience in both the public and private sector I have worked on a diverse range of planning system reform, strategic and statutory planning projects, with a strong focus on water resources and the natural environment. Through my educational and professional experience I have gained outstanding project management, research and analytical skills, and exceptional communication skills.I recognise the importance of developing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients, customers and the community, and in doing so have achieved improved policy and project outcomes.
